Station 2 Studios gives local artists a place to create and display their work.

Features of our studio space:

• Space is flexible and negotiable.
• Accessible 7am to 10pm (24 hr access is possible upon prior arrangement)
• Rent includes heat, hydro and water use
• Lunchroom and washroom

• Bike rack
• Overall space can accommodate 4 to 8 artists depending on studio size requirements
• Common assembly area and large industrial sink for cleanup
• Month to month or lease available
• Flexible partitioning for each studio space
• Walk to downtown Kitchener and Waterloo
• The tower will eventually be a display area.
